Day 14.... kempo

I was low on energy last night. I have to eat a little more before I leave work so I can hit these workouts harder. I have really up'ed my protein in the effort to get more energy.


B: Oatmeal and cottage cheese 350 / 25

D: ground turkey, black bean, cheese nachos 500 / 40

  1. Keep a GU at the ready and if yu are out of energy on a workout, pound it down and wait five minutes. Then you will be able to bring it.
