I hate working out so late. I am hoping that after this month I can get JJ to quit the church job so we can get our workout done as soon as I get home.

I have been adding a mini pull up workout before bed 3-4 times a week. It goes like this:

- Wide
Rest 2 min
- Regular Pull up
Rest 2 min
- Reverse Chin
Rest 2 min
Repeat Once
It takes about the time it takes to watch one 30 minute sit com, so do it while watching TV. You will see huge improvement in pull up capacity.
