Day 31.... Back on again

I am starting back on day 31 since this week as been so weird. That way it's easier to know where I am. The last few days have been really hard but I got through them and I am back 100%. I am actually really glad too. I haven't felt great not working out and I've been tired. I start P90 today. We will see if this has any impact on weight lose. I am a little concerned that it would be as intense. I want high intensity and with a little less high impact for now. I am not happy that the P90 doesn't have a full yoga so I will be doing that on my 7th day.

So the workout was not at hard as I hoped but I got up a sweat. This will be perfect for my mom!!! I am going to keep working to make this the workout for me. It may take a little tweeking, but I will get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
