I worked out hard last night. My legs were fighting me the whole time, but who are they? I beat them out and today they are a bit sore. Thats what I like to see!!! I started my cleanse today. I am hoping this really starts a difference. I know I am more flexible and stronger then I was 16 days ago, but I would really like to shed a little around the turkey. : )
I am not sure if I should take my multi-vitamin right after I eat breakfast or wait since I take the cleanse pill 30 min before breakfast. Hummmm.
