Cardio X is not the workout I was expecting. It bring together a little from all the other workouts so it is fast (only 45 min) but the high intensity is not there. I see why it is great for the lean program. I'll go back to Core S and Kenpo alternating. But I'm glad I tried it.

Good call on the snacks. I still have not done Cardio X. Tell me how it goes.
