Day 3...strength
have I mentioned that my job doesn't really stimulate me or bring me any joy? Getting my body in shape is 1 of my 2 goals. The other is opening my business. I have decided to take the 12th of this month off to work on my business plan. I want to get it finished and out for review by the end of this month. I may not be able to make my dreams happen, but I definitely wont if I don't try. I just wish I had more energy.

Day 2...cardio
I tried REALLY hard to get up this am. I read this article the other day about how to get up early to work out. After it went through a long list of things you can do to help your body to get up the writer finally said; "some people are morning people and others would rather be fat forever then to get up early." I guess I will just have to accept that for now I will be working out at night! : )

Day 1.... AGAIN!!!
I am starting again. I quit blogging cause I got busy. I haven't been working out every day cause I got busy. In the words of Jason; "I'm too hard at work. Have you ever heard of anything so absurd ever in your life. I'm sorry for wasting your time." I wont waste my time anymore. There are 2 things that I want for my life and I am the only one that can given them to me. This is one of them. I am grateful for this second chance.
I will be trying to eat between 1500 - 1800 cals a day. I don't think I was eating enough last month. I think that I will actually lose more weight by eating more.
Jessika will be starting over with me. However she will also be doing weight watchers because she does not eat though out the day and that is the only way she has success with monitoring her food. I eat well and often, I just need to work out harder and each day to get my metabolism working.
