Day 24.... Yoga!

First day of Recovery week. I know my days are a little off. I did Plyo twice the first week and missed workout on Thanksgiving but then did 7 days. Hey more is better then less. My knee is soooo much better today. I am so excited it is friday. Weekend here I come!!!

Today is our "christmas party" for work. We are going to lunch at pappadeaux's. I'm sure this is on the P90X diet. : )

B: oatmeal, oj, yogurt 370 / 23
L: 3 fried calamari, salad, oysters and gumbo (pappadeaux is not my fav) 600
Yoga
D: chili and air popcorn 250 / 20
1220 / 50

  1. Dude. Here is my Papadeaux super lunch:
    - Greek Salad 200
    - Cup Seafood Gumbo 200
    - Tilapia and veggies without the butter sauce 200

    Probably 600 calories total. Super Yummy. Super healthy.

    Yep...I too use a chair for pull ups....Wow...I knew I was weak, but this proves it....I hope to do 5 pull ups by the end of the program...Good for you for setting such a lofty goal of doing in only after 4 weeks! You go girl....I have come to the realization that i am getting older (just like our parents use to always tell us, huh!) and working out is definitely not the same! But, I am in it for total health and happiness so I will do my best, eat healthy and leave the rest up to God. How did lunch go yesterday????
