Day 21.... Legs, back & abs

Wow I am sore. I have been really working it and yoga helped last night, but I was so stiff that I am still a bit sore. Todays goal: drink lots of water, eat lots of protein, and get to bed early.


B: oatmeal 200 / 20
L: salad 250/2, tuna w/egg 350/60
S: nuts 80/4, Greek yogurt 120/13
Legs, back & abs
shake 110 / 25
air popper popcorn 100
