Day 20.... Yoga

I love yoga. It is my favorite. I'm really glad to be doing it too, cause I am a bit sore after last night. I am still a little down about not actually losing weight. I am smaller in most of my measurements but I'm ready to weight 150. : )


B: oatmeal 200 / 20
L: salad and smoothie 500 / 10
D: chicken, cauliflower, sm potato, mush 400 / 40
Yoga

  1. Get off the scale. You are gaining muscle which weigh more than fat. As long as you are getting leaner, who cares how much you weigh.

    Make sure you are not under eating. You will burn off 2-3 lbs fat per week at 1300-1400 cal per day. Less than that will throw you into starvation mode.

    Turn your brain off, follow the program and you will see results.

    You are also adding 20 healthy years to your life right now.

    Imagine bikini with ripped abs this summer.
