Day 6....

I am really not sore anymore. I loved Yoga last night. It felt really good to stretch EVERYTHING! Happy Birthday Jessika!!! I actually had to think a little bit about the fact that we are 30. I am really glad that we are doing this now. I am so proud of my brother but I know it has to be even harder for him at 38. I do Legs today. I read the post from Mike about substituting it. I dig that he is going for the harder workouts. Gotta get workout in soon cause JJ has a massage at 6 and then cake tonight! We will have to double work it after that! : )

I did NOT like the leg workout. It was not fun at all. I think its because it is really hard for me cause of my knee. I guess that just means I have to work harder at it.

  1. Isn't yoga great? You don't see fat yogies. That middle part where you go to warrior 3 and then 1/2 moon is still tricky for me, but I can do crane for the whole minute now.

  2. I am worried about your knee. There are a bunch of workouts with lunges and swats and that is hard on knees. Those are the power moves though. They use your big leg muscles and burn the most calories and erase your butt.

    I hope you can get a good brace and are able to do it. That would really suck to not be able to do it because of your knee.

    Did you use a chair or small stool on the pull ups? That is key. I have been able to build up by effectively doing strip sets on the pull ups by adding more and more legs pressure as I get more smoked.
