Day 12.... chest and back

I have to start doing abs before I do the workouts. These wipe me out and I have nothing left for abs. Since that is number 1 for me they will start to go first. I still weight 187.

  1. That's a good idea. I have had many days where I did not feel as strong on the abs because I was smoked form the other workout. I might try that too.
