Yoga is amazing. Some moves are hard, but I feel soooo good!!! It was a great way to spend JJ's last day as 29. I feel great. I woke up at 8:45 wide awake today and have had great energy all day. I know that a lot of this has to do with these work outs, but I think that it is also the Vitamineral green. That stuff is the best addition to my day yet! It is so packed with great things for the body.
