Day 1.... AGAIN!!!

I am starting again. I quit blogging cause I got busy. I haven't been working out every day cause I got busy. In the words of Jason; "I'm too hard at work. Have you ever heard of anything so absurd ever in your life. I'm sorry for wasting your time." I wont waste my time anymore. There are 2 things that I want for my life and I am the only one that can given them to me. This is one of them. I am grateful for this second chance.

I will be trying to eat between 1500 - 1800 cals a day. I don't think I was eating enough last month. I think that I will actually lose more weight by eating more.

Jessika will be starting over with me. However she will also be doing weight watchers because she does not eat though out the day and that is the only way she has success with monitoring her food. I eat well and often, I just need to work out harder and each day to get my metabolism working.

  1. Awesome. I am doing chest and back tomorrow, so I think we will only be one day off. I am glad you are not giving up. Remember that this is a journey without a clear endpoint. Try to enjoy the journey. I love you!

  2. BTW - unsolicited advice. Try to up your protein more. bread, cracker, and oatmeal are all proteinless. Grill up some chicken breasts, or eat some beans. High protein to calorie ratio is key.
